You guys gotta try this. The Fijian Military gives it to their soldiers before training. It's called Kava. I went to Kava Kafe up in Hawi and drank a few shells before a game and wow was my game on that day. Check 'em out at

acqb is unpleasantly hot during the summer, so staving off dehydration is the main thing.
