First, I'll go over the rules and then secondly I will go over the equipment, required and optional alike.

Also, these games are meant for a dark inviroment (ie. night time, lightless building, etc)

Gameplay Rules:
-The spies cannot take the mercenarie's weaponry.
-No rough physical contact
-Mercenaries cannot climb objects (unless that object be a ladder)
-Ladders cannot be moved
-Mercenaries must have guns at a low ready unless some sign of the spies has been discovered and/or suspicions are raised.
-Mercenaries must be wearing heavily tinted goggles or glasses that cover the full FOV of the wearer (I'll get back to you on the tint %)
-Any Mercenary sniper must require permission to fire upon any target.
-Mercenaries can not operate any kind of main switched (such as a fuse box or anything along those lines that affect multiple situations) but are allowed to operate trivial switches such as light switches. What is main and what is trivial is at the reff's and/or player's disgretion
-Players shot will announce their death and may not be fired upon after this annoucement.
-Spies are considered tagged/dead if shot.
-Mercenaries are tagged/knocked unconcious if a Spy is able to somehow able to touch a Mercenaries head or place two full hands upon his shoulders (reff's/player's disgretion)
-*optional*Any touch that is placed on a Merc from a Spy while the Spy is not standing is a automatic KO, ei. jumping from a large height such as a roof. (Spies can not jump and tag you and you be counted out)

Equipment:
-Spies are clothed in either all black, dark grey, or dark blue (not necessary, but highly recommended). The clothing should consist of pants, a long sleeve shirt, sock and/or shoes (sometimes socks only were allowed for less noise but not recommended for play), gloves, and some sort of facial cover such as a balaclava or ski mask (black face paint is recommended actually. The contrast between skin and clothing is enough to give you away in the shadows)
-Mercenaries may be clothed in any type of clothing.
-*optional* Mercenaries must wear a bright color of some sort (to represent thermal vision the spies have in the game)
-Mercenaries will be armed with 1 weapon each. (I suggest a cheap low powered Entry Level rifle/smg for this game)
-Both Spies and Mercenaries may be equiped with radio communication.
-*optional* Give only mercenaries radio communication equipment.
-Mercenaries must have heavily tinted goggles (as states above)
-Mercenaries each carry only a loaded magazine and one spare magazine (2 magazines total).

Now, post some Splinter Cell scenerio/objective/games. I'll post some later. These are the rules, which are very flexible and can be changed however you like (tell me if you think I should change something).

I also understand that this is more of a game that uses airsoft rifles rather than airsoft game lol, but it was the game I created. Take it or leave it :P
