Gametype that puts a skilled team against a team of superior numbers.
Pick experienced players to be the extracting team (I'll call them a SEAL team). These should be good players who know the layout as well as tactics. It should be at rougly a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio between the SEALs and the insurgents. Two hit game, I'm guessing.
Insurgents go deploy throughout the field, however they want to. Only restrictions are that they cannot camp the two staging area exits. They should be told to set up for defense, although if some want to roam, that's fine. The objective is to react to the SEAL team, which might be extracting from any location on the field.
The objective of the SEAL team is to make it to the extraction zone. This is decided by the ref (but unknown to the insurgent team). For example, this could be the Alamo, the Warehouse, Embassy, etc... To make things slightly fair, the ref may want to walk the players out onto the field to make sure they don't get lit up as soon as they exit the staging area.
The SEAL team will then need to advance to the extraction zone and secure it. Once they have secured the extraction zone, they shine a flashlight into the air and yell something like "EXTRACT" until acknowledged by a ref. This should be obvious enough that the insurgents then know where the extraction zone is. At this point they need to hold the extraction zone for a time limit (5 minutes?) to win the game.
If played right, it might be a decent game as both teams will need to be good at attacking as well as defending.
