Airsoft Extreme Review

Ok, I didn’t want to have to write this review but I’ve been given no choice. I ordered a few mags from Airsoft Extreme about two weeks ago. They were to be shipped to an address other than my billing address, a Canadian address. I emailed them to make sure this would be ok. They said “no problem”. Well what showed up at my door the other day? The stuff I ordered. I was pretty pissed. I emailed them and a day later they apologized and said that they could setup a UPS pickup. I said fine. That was two days ago. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. The worst thing about all of this they have no phone support. It looks like I’ll have to pay for the shipping to correct the issue.

Bottom line:
Good product selection, lousy customer support, idiots running the shipping department. I will never use them again!

They're also extremely expensive, comparitively.

But they do carry a bunch of products that you won't be able to find on any other internet retailer Stateside, so sometimes, if you're completely unaware of AirsoftCQB, they're the only choice.:(

thats not the only shipping co. that has terrible customer service...

istahak was telling me last night about a terrible time he had with a company on ebay with some magazines he ordered... i'll see if i can get him to post it on here...

The only thing to do about Airsoft Extreme is to go to their walk in stores, but I doubt that you live in California, like me.

I have ordered a few things from various online dealers and I have had great success with Airsoft Atlanta and AirsoftSmith. Both shipped quickly and the products were good. I order something for ASA on Monday and I received it today.

I did order some things from E-Hobby Asia, which is an Ebay store based in HK. Their shipping was cheap, but it took about 2 weeks from date of order to get my stuff. Actually shipping time was 8 days, which was what annoyed me since I ordered on a Saturday, should have shipped out the following Monday, but didn't for 3 or 4 days after that. All in all it wasn't too bad, but I think I will try to ship to domestic dealers.

Thats my 2 cents worth.

I ordered my internal upgrades and a magazine from ebay asia and got it in 4 days.
Ordered a gun from shortusa and got it the next day.
Ordered from evike some parts and got then in 5 days.

All normal shipping.
So far I've had good service and shipping times...just lucky I guess LOL

I remember when it took 4 to 6 weeks to get things via mailorder. Have we all become greedy? LOL
