i like this one but it only says 65 lumens pretty weak for a 100 dollar light?

this one has to be the one im leaning the most towards but i am wondering is the small head will reduce the 150 lumen output

I have this one. Its bright enough for anything I've ever needed and I even used it my departmental night quals last year. A very good flashlight.

Bro, do NOT go at 120 lumens. You'll cause actual permanent damage with repeated exposure.
Go with Steve's laser/light combo package. It costs around $100 and is well worth that cost. Only reason I haven't is because I'm trying to custom make a blue laser.

i know you play at cqb so you know that 120 is nothing when people are rocking 500 lumens (much like the last link i have up

Mine has been plenty bright enough to cause those firing at me to miss, not being able to see where the light is actually coming from. Or maybe I do have the other one and just don't know it!
Out of those three, I'd get the G&P 12R. I have the handheld version and love it. The fact it comes with rechargable batteries gives it an edge over the one that Itsahak has (and I use one too). The R500 is an awesome light (I love mine), but it's heavier than the alternatives, and you WILL need to get it lexanned. It's both big and annoying, so it'll get shot. A lot.

i have seen your handheld, but arnt you talking about the scorpion?
and i have to agree it dose seem a bit big, thats why i was looking at the 12r (second one down)as it has 150 lumens and was rechargable, and is really small, anyone think that 150 is not enough, that i should pay another 60 for the scorpion ?

keep in mind.... most of us aim for flashlights...... so put a lexan cover over the lens
can anyone plz answer my question, is 150 lumens good enough for the blinding effect at say 30 ft?
If you are indoors in low lighting it should be good. However it won't keep someone from firing back at you.
Keep in mind the quality of the reflector lens makes a big difference too. If you have a nice focused beam with no dark spots then the amount of light hitting the object will be greater. Otherwise more of it is scattered. You don't want to spend a lot of money with airsoft but a airsoft quality light of 9v 150-lumens will not match the quality of a $300 9v real tactical light.

Surefire is a great company and quite expensive for their higher lines.. but I got this very cheap china made flashlight for like $20 or under and it's VERY bright. Takes 2 cr123a.
