Teams: Seal Team, Deltas, and Skinnies
Objective: Seal Team, stay alive. Deltas: get to the Seal Team and extract them to the exit point. Either Seal Team and/or Deltas, eliminate all Skinnies. Skinnies, eliminate Seal and Delta Teams.
Hits: Seal Team 2, Deltas 3, Skinnies 1 (30-40 hit for the entire team, hits are marked in the staging area as they are hit)
Setup: The Seal Team is grouped together in a corner of the field. They are only allowed one hicap mag each. The Skinnies are roaming the field and attacking the Seal Team. The Deltas enter the field after the Seal Team and the Skinnies have engaged.
Play: When a Skinny is hit they immediately proceed to the staging area and mark their hit on the whiteboard. Then a Seal Team is simply trying to defend their position until the Deltas arrive and escort them to the exit point, somewhere on the opposite side of the field. The game is over when either the Skinnies have reached their hit total, or all remaining members of the Seal Team have been escorted to the exit point by the Deltas, or the Skinnies have eliminated the entire Seal Team, the Delta Team or both.

I have yet to play this, sounds like loads of fun.

I've only played it once. It was a blast. The key is to put the really good people as Seals and Deltas, that way they have a fighting chance.

The way it was played, it was too easy to defend as the Insurgents/skinnys knew exactly where the extraction would take place. If you had multiple extraction zones (bank/7-11/C/Alamo), and had the ref tell the team which one was valid and shine the light at the ceiling, it would prevent the opposition from simply camping the extraction route.

That's a good point. Multiple extraction zones that could be at the discretion of the rescue team might give the US forces a better chance to win. We should try this next time out.

Or have the teams deploy, skinny's stay in the ready room, and have the ref notify the SEAL teams where the extraction is before he lets the skinny's raid the room.

Still one extraction point, but the bad guys don't know where it is.

As long as they have to annouce to the field where the extraction zone is...

Helos capable of lifting a squad aren't exactly discreet.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a helo. It could be a discreet extraction like a truck, tunnel, SCUBA, boat, or sewer.

The field just isn't big enough to give an already lopsided game (more skinny's than SEALS, by a LOT) more tilt towards the skinnys.

I'm all for realism, but there has to some sort of balance.

I don't think there would be too much of a tilt to have the extraction team announce that they were trying to do so... Ideally by the time that they called for evac they'd have set up on the doors. 2-5 minutes to organize an assault with your team scattered around the map would be very hard to do...

I think it would be frustrating for the skinny team to just have the game end. The way the scenario plays out, it seems that it's the skinny's home turf, so it'd make sense that they knew what was going on...

Hmmm. Sounds like a awsome game. Makes a nice spin on the game. We should try it sometime. Probably a friday when CQB has the most people there. I'm down.

Make all of the noobs skinnys, they would have numbers but not skills. Could be a lot of fun. hopefully better then the bio-hazard games on 12/23.
