These are slick, but why would you want to drop your mags on the floor/ground? The last thing I would want to do after a game is sweep the field looking for my mags.

I find a dump bag is perfect for dropping mags.

On some of the more intense friday nights, back when I and the vent were one, there was no time to stop to put your mag somewhere, so you just drop it on your foot to break the fall as you're pushing with a 3 man squad. I know there's the risk of it being stepped on, but seriously, these mags are pretty easy to fix. (by easy, I mean really hard, but do-able). But yeah, I don't blow that much plastic anymore, even though it was the one true way to take vent.

sweeping the field looking for dropped mags, grenades, other stuff is very very annoying as i can personally attest too. HAving to remember where you droped everything is a pain, and its even worse when someone picks it up without you knowing and takes it out to the staging area. I know they may mean well when they do it, but I had someone pick up one of my shower shells and not realize it was mine and he waled out the door with it(luckily I got it back 2 weeks later). So, Morall of my story....droping equip on floor bad......people picking it up for you even badder.....drop bag goooooood

i recently switchs to the drop bag although i never played with it yet, but i never had a problem, i dropped (put on the ground) my mags all the time and just placed em against the wall or on a desk or something and have yet to ahve a problem!
