Not really a scenario, but a nice option to throw into one.
The SCMS works with 3x5 cards. Each card has one specific wound and out time. I made the cards like this -
Arm Shot - Flesh Wound - 1 minute
Leg Shot - Flesh Wound - 1 minute
Arm Shot - Through and Through - 2 minute
Leg Shot - Through and Through - 2 minute
Gut Shot - 3 Minutes
Chest Wound - 4 minutes
Head Shot - 5 minutes
The cards are folded in half and a piece of tape keeps it closed. All the cards are then placed in a bos or a bag to be chosen at random.
There are two ways to run it. In one, each player chooses a preset # of cards at random from the bag/box. When hit, the player calls it, then pulls out one of the random cards and opens it. The injury and corresponding time is the players out time. It doesn't matter where you get hit, just follow the time on the card. So if you only want to have 2 respawns, the players only take two cards each.
In the second version, you appoint one Medic to take the cards. Again you can either limit the amount of respawns each player has, or the amount the entire team has. So if each player has 2 respawns, the Medic takes enough cards to give each player 2 respawns. The main problem here is that the Medic has to remember who's been hit and how many times. With a team total of respawns, say 5, the Medic only takes 5 cards. When those are used, the players are out after being hit.
This really throws an element of reality into the game! You cant' just sit somewhere, knowing how long the other player will take out, or how long it will take them to return to a respawn point. they may be back fast, or they may not be back for several minutes! BRASS has used this several times now and it never fails to add spice to the game!
